Minimize investment --> Maximize cash flow

Tarpon Systems, Inc. is introducing a patented marginal field production system for offshore oil and gas field development. The system is a cost-effective alternative to traditional fixed, multi-leg platforms and other minimal systems. Low construction costs minimize capital investment. Rapid construction and installation provide early cash flow.

The patented system is composed of an underwater anchor-pile and cable guying assembly that supports a site-specific designed well protector caisson, boat landing, platform and related production equipment. It can support a single, or up to six wells.

Tarpon Systems are best suited for marginal well production in water depths up to 300 fsw, however deeper water and high volume systems can be designed.

Tarpon design and fabrication time can be as little as six to eight weeks compared to as much as six months for a traditional platform. Furthermore, if a customer commits to installation of the Tarpon System early, installation can be accomplished directly from the rig during the drilling phase allowing completion directly thereafter.

(See inside, Options) This procedure reduces rig mobilization costs and simplifies well re-entry for completion.

Through a unique partnership, Tarpon Systems, Inc. can turn key each project, managing caisson and facility engineering, construction, subsea guying and anchor pile installation, facility installation and pipelay and riser tie-in.

Minimize investment. Maximize cash flow.
