The Tarpon System has been designed, fabricated, commissioned and loaded onto transport barges in Port Klang, Malaysia. The 200 ston topside along with caisson, piles and guying system was completed in a record 6 months from contract award to loadout.
The system in enroute to location where the installation spread will rendezvous and begin the installation work scope. JAB and Tarpon teamed up with Dialog E&C Sdn Bhd to offer an EPCIC solution. The overall duration of the project from contract signing through installation was 7 months.
With this installation Tarpon will have 12 systems operating in South East Asia in water depths ranging from 130’ to over 264’ with 6 well slots.
